How to read a ranking without stopping at first place

A ranking looks like an answer. It is a set of tradeoffs pressed into a number. Read what the ranking says it is comparing, then read the reservations on first place, then recalculate the price with your own headcount, city, and budget.

If a strength is something you will not use, that name should not stay on the short list just because the place is high. Nuanbang lists who it is for on its own so that step is possible.
